Creating a unique destination and focusing on internal routes through small roads and pedestrian pathways, horse trails, routes for small electric vehicles, a waterway for small boats and berths throughout the lagoon and river, so as to offer alternative means of internal transportation system a differentiated spatial organisation, with spread focal points in order to encourage the experience of moving around the land

Infrastructure solutions that present an adequate level of environmental sustainability as the terrain presents extensive areas covered with large-sized vegetation that must be fully preserved
