SUBAÚMA

Located near the simple and genuine fishing village of Subaúma, the small church of Our Lord Bonfim is placed neatly between the blue sea and the town square, a central location for both locals and visitors.  Only 30 kms away, the large resorts of Costa do Sauípe begin and development grows steadily to Salvador

THE SURROUNDINGS

- Further to the south (30 min drive) three major resort destinations offer a variety of recreation and entertainment facilities such as golf, horse riding, water sports, shopping and dining

- The encounter of river and ocean makes it ideal for fishing and diving. Lobsters can easily be seen around the coral reefs

- THE BEACH CONTINUES TO THE NORTH FOR MILES AND MILES, OFFERING LONG UNDISTURBED WALKS AT THE END OF THE DAY, CROSSING THE RIVER TO THE SOUTH LANDS YOU IN THE SQUARE OF SUBAÚMA AND LOCAL LIFE

IMPACT

- The terrain presents extensive areas covered with large areas where domestic Brazilian species can grow wild and enhance the wilderness

- Creating wildlife zones promotes the happy coexistence of man and nature.  Bom Amparo’s many lagoons form important gathering places, sources of food, shelter, and nesting places for the local fauna

- Keeping construction away from the beach will promote the feeling of living in a natural untouched landscape, with a vista of only dunes and sea
